Everything that you care about a company is a con at this company.
I mean where do I start?
Mediocre products, poor customer service due to ineffective inter-departments communications, daydreaming higher level management who make unrealistic strategic decisions that are impractical for lower management to carry out, who are also fired and changed to an entire new team on a bi-yearly basis, absolutely NOT team-oriented--they blame you for "not being able to adapt to changes" when the "change" is to outsource your department and fire you.
How do you "take a deep breath and trust the leadership doing the right thing", when the company is still in developing stage and already not seeking to drive revenue growth but ONLY focusing on cutting as much cost as possible? Hilarious, it's like blindfolding you and telling you not to worry while planning to push you off a cliff.
Cash is the most important above all else because they either need to look good so Vista can use it to attract buyers, or they need to buy more mediocre products to get more money out of their existing customers' pockets. Solution driven? Just kidding!
