      Pros

      Aptive is the best pest control company out there. They offer the best training for new and experienced reps. They recognize and reward top performers, but at the same time, they don't forget about the little guys. They are honest and straightforward.

      Cons

      It's summer sales. It's not for everyone. You have to be menatally tough.

      Pros

      A wonderful work environment. It promotes good ethics and instilled good values. It also provides a great network of young successful people.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there are any real negative parts in working for Aptive, but possibly that it can be stressful at time, as is any sales job

      Pros

      -Good environment, definitely not the typical “summer sales”. I enjoy working in the more professional business environment. -Tons of locations to choose from each summer -Vess, the CEO, is very approachable and encouraging

      Cons

      (I don’t think these are cons, but some people might) -highly competitive, you won’t be #1 -time intensive, the company expects you to put a lot of time into work
