Pros

they market themselves as having a lot of pros, but once you join them, they slowly show their true colours

Cons

-they are very greedy, unprofessional, rude, careless, unappreciative -some people have very limited choices because of their status, and this company is here to benefit from that situation -don't fall for their fake marketing strategies

I was able to make a great team full of individuality and talent.

Cons

No matter how much you want to show the best your team has got, if the executives don't support you, nothing will ever happen. The entire team's creative vision and hard work will go to waste.

You have the opportunity to make connections within the industry that can be used later on.

Cons

Unfair treatment of employees and they don't have a standard way of evaluation. Some people get paid more than others for the same job without enough basis of good performance. As long as you are in good graces with the manager, then that pay increase is yours.
