You can get great connections if you choose to. Learn some tricks of the trade.

Cons

The company has unethical practices that will hurt your moral values. People just turn a blind eye and let them do their business and just do what you are paid for. You get used to the thought of it anyway.

Cons

Career advancement and getting promoted would be hard in this company. A lot of the senior employees here have been in the same position for years. They hire people form outside instead of hiring from within.

People at junior levels can grow quickly here.

Cons

Sadly, working here is all about working hard for promotions and then being struck in the same job role for years. The opportunities to advance your career and get better designations or pay stops after a while so unless you look for a job elsewhere, your career won't grow. It is a major flaw the management has neglected.
