Pros

None. This was the worst job I ever had in my 35 years in the workforce.

Cons

I worked in a department in which one team bullied the team I was a member of for years. And the management team did nothing about it. The workload was inhuman. Employees were treated like machines. Horrible place to work.

Pros

The only positives are the benefits. Good pay, gas card, and car allowance.

Cons

I was promised 10 weeks of training and only had three before being thrown on a route. It's impossible to do the job I was hired for when I am doing someone else's on top of mine and now I've been stuck on various routes for almost a year because upper management is slow to hire new employees. Production is constantly behind, often sending out more late garments than clean. There's a constant struggle between management and union members because everyone thinks they're being treated unfairly. The unethical price increases and process of picking and choosing which customers get the price increases are causing more and more lost business. As a manager, you have no chance of obtaining your bonus because you cannot visit customers to perform quality control on the accounts.
