Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Free meals..or subsidized. Paid off holidays. Regular schedule...unless they want you to change at a moment's notice. Bonus time off for perfect attendance.

Cons

Small raises in wages and very hard to advance. Highly political environment....it's "who you know." Great performance not adequately rewarded, just expected. Typical corporation mentality..."you should feel lucky to have a job."

Pros

Most employees were nice. Time off was generally accepted. Pay was better than other comparable jobs. Some management staff were tolerable.

Cons

Higher management was incompetent. Breaks were not always offered. Pay was not worth the job duties. Working conditions were poor and proper supplies were not always given. Employees are reprimanded for not having proper supplies, even though they aren't in control.

Pros

Hourly pay is comprable to other company's. You can purchase insurance through Aramark if needed, including dental and eye insurance.

Cons

Management needs to be improved. They are so worried about getting there paper work done, they don't really pay attention to the everyday operations that are needed to be fufilled by all their employees. Some employees give 110%, while others give 70%. The good workers don't get compensated enough for there extra efforts. If Aramark thinks getting a 2% raise, instead of a 10% raise is compensating enough, they really need to re-evaluate. Thats 20 Cents a year compared to 10 cents. Really, how do you expect to keep good employee's?
