      Pros

      Being able to work from home and work in an environment that encourages a great family/work life balance has been amazing! The pay is more than fair, commissions on top of that have been very steady. Benefits are great, unlimited PTO has been a game changer! They provide everything we need except the chair we sit on at home. The training is good, started off a bit messy but they have been able to bring structure which has gotten even the newest people way ahead in weeks. Company meetings are absolutely fantastic. They take great care of us all. Fun competitive environment.

      As the company grows the structure has been loose at times.

      Pros

      The biggest perk is the work life balance, everyone encourages and takes mental health seriously. I've never worked at a more welcoming and encouraging place. The hybrid schedule is great and there is a lot of opportunity for growth!

      Not everyone is in the same place.

      I have worked at Arcoro for over two years and still look forward to going to work every day. We work remote, have excellent benefits, and have an awesome leadership team. I look forward to many more years to come here at Arcoro.

      Like any software company you have to be quick to adapt to change.
