      Pros

      Fully remote Employees are awesome and really support each other Great benefits like unlimited PTO, pet insurance, highest 401k match I have seen My leader is the absolute best. I have learned so much from him from leadership to industry knowledge.

      Cons

      We need innovative people that like a challenge and want to make a difference. If you are looking for the same thing every day, Arcoro is not for you.

      Pros

      The passion and drive Arcoro employees have is exciting and empowering. Being new to the company it is refreshing to see individuals who are excited about what they are doing, support new ideas, and are dedicated to their work. Arcoro is implementing new ideas to create culture and diversity within the company which is also exciting to see. I love the emphasis they puts on creating a welcoming and healthy environment to be promote being a unified team. Arcoro is a great team to join!

      Private Equity ownership is not for me

      Pros

      When I was hired, the private equity buyout had just been announced. The monetary rewards have been above my expectations, but please see Cons below.

      Cons

      Complete lack of culture. Product has not been improved or developed or in a sustainable way. Massive loss of knowledge as many long and short term employees have left.
