      Pros

      I was recently hired at Arcoro as a part time employee (hopefully full time in the future) and I could not be more excited about working for this company. The on-boarding process was simple and smooth. The job training was very simple and I feel completely competent for my role. The culture at Arcoro is also very welcoming. When my new hire email was sent out, I received dozens of emails saying "welcome to the team" and "glad to have you here".

      Cons

      Everyone is WFH but that is a pro and a con.

      Pros

      Arcoro has been evolving over the last year creating a lot of change but also momentum. Change can be hard but if you enjoy growth this is a great place for you. There are many opportunities that are coming with all the changes allowing individuals to step up into new roles and be leaders. Arcoro is fast paced but exciting to watch it all unfold. There is a lot of vision behind the company, and it is amazing to be a part of the bigger picture putting action behind the goal and vision.

      Cons

      'Not sure if I would call this a con but., the new leadership team has made a lot of changes in a very short period of time. The changes are good, but fast. The company is definitely moving in the right direction. Some folks just don't like change.
