I enjoy my direct team and leadership immensely and feel like the work I do makes a difference for American citizens.

Cons

Management can continue to improve on articulating the unique company culture. Also higher management could work on implementing pay transparency within the company.

Siloed teams. Often unsure what the rest of the company is doing Requiring employees to pay company back for education (training, school, conference attendance) if they leave within 12 months of training seem excessive

A trusted contractor in IT solutions. You can easily excel if you’re willing to actually work hard and distinguish yourself from the rest of the pack. ArdentMC isn’t an especially competitive work environment, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go out of your way to impress your boss. Like any company, the harder you work the higher you’ll rise.

Last minute changes often causes delays.
