Pros

I have nothing but praises for ArdentMC. The managers can be tough, but they’re genuinely nice people who go above and beyond for their staff. You won’t find any favoritism of any kind here. All employees are treated fairly. No disadvantages because of age, sex or race. The only factor holding you back from succeeding is you!

Cons

You can only move up so far before you hit a wall and can’t move up any further.

Pros

It’s really the only stable thing in my life at the moment. I know several people who lost their job because of COVID. I’m just glad to not be in the same boat. Once unemployment started running out things really started going downhill. The stability that Ardent provides for me and my family has been the only thing keeping me going throughout this crazy year.

Cons

Project managers have limited experience, but their work ethic more than makes up for it.

I like it here. They give you recognition for your hard work and everyone is super friendly. I spent more than a year with the company. You don’t just learn hard skills that translate directly back to your skillset. You also learn soft skills like time management and good work ethic. Take the reviews here with a grain of salt. Everyone’s experience will vary depending on what you bring to the table.

Personally, I didn’t have any cons.
