Pros

I get that everyone has opinions about their work experiences, but I just don’t get the reviews that say that ArdentMC has zero pros. How about the amazing staff? The competitive compensation? The professional development opportunities? The fact that management listen to employee feedback? I guess when you’re looking for negativity that’s all you’re going to see.

Cons

Management could communicate better when they make important company wide decisions.

Top notch management

Pros

Good use of the latest and greatest technology. The management team is respectable – the type of people you can expect to support you and not throw you under the bus. I’ve had that happen to me a couple times so I’m wary of people trying to screw me over. Management are very employee centric. Work/life balance is prioritized. I was able to balance my work life and professional life well.

Cons

I’ll admit that when I first onboarded the lack of an open-door policy gave me bad vibes. That all went away after I got to know the management better but it wasn’t a good first impression.
