Pros

ArdentMC provides a professional work environment where you can focus on your work without distractions. It’s a fun place to work with highly engaged staff. The pay and benefits are also quite good. The best employer I’ve had to date. There are a few things I’d like to see improved in 2021 but overall it’s a good company.

Cons

-Upper management could improve communication -Some parking challenges -Some days required longer hours

A company that cares about their staff

Pros

The management are supportive of their staff. ArdentMC has been a Godsend for me because of how much I’ve learned while I was with the company. They do their best to meet the needs of their staff. They don’t always succeed, but it’s the effort that demonstrates exactly what type of company this is.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities because of the size of the company.

Pros

The benefits aren’t half bad. The 401k benefits and dental plan are especially good. I’m well aware that not everyone that works here are wild about the complete benefits package, but to each their own. I’m happy with the current options because they work for me.

Cons

No cons come to mind as of this time.

Through our benefits committee, we have been able to solicit specific input in to our benefits and recently incorporated these changes in to our benefits package. This has been a valuable feedback that we will continue to utilize in benefit discussions.
