      - You can work a lot and gain a lot of experience at your own pace.

      Cons

      - Compensation is not very good - Expectation to work 60+ Hours - Micro management - No career progress goals laid out for you - You never know what rank you're working on - No incentives for you to work for - Very low RSU plan - Vague review plan, more of a popularity contest, that gets influenced by the managers.
