Pros

A steep learning curve and hence you a get a chance to learn more in a short span to time if you can keep up., which is good for your future enduover.

Cons

Close to zero reward and recognization, Steep Learning curve, each and every engineer here is dealing with multiple projects because the company does not want to hire more, and even if they hire old people are leaving because they are not happy with their work-life balance and rewards. Generally, there is 1 salary hike every 3 years if you get lucky you will get a 2 to 3% hike.

Management is doing a poor job retaining senior, high-quality engineers. They refuse to make compensation competitive and have let the culture deteriorate. Employees do not feel valued and are leaving quickly for higher-paying offers.
