We certainly encourage you to speak with your supervisor or the HR department if you feel you need more support, information or opportunities to grow your career at AZA United. Staff pay rates and benefits are something we evaluate annually to make sure we are staying competitive with other providers and job opportunities in the field. Insurance billing is complex because funding rates are designed to cover all of the organization’s expenses related to providing services. As a nonprofit, we are committed to using all available funds to further our mission of helping as many families as possible. Regarding your advice, we agree with your suggestion and actually do place RBTs on our DDD cases. Thanks again for your feedback!

Pros

AZA United will help you achieve your career goals. Helpful, ongoing training is provided to help you stay knowledgeable in our field. Supervisors give you helpful feedback to make your client sessions as effective as possible. I feel extremely valued by my work and my the families I see. I feel that I am paid very fairly for my services and drive time.

Cons

The type of work can be stressful, but the company does a great job supporting you.

Pros

This company is incredibly supportive to their employees. The hiring process and training are structured strictly however, any assistance needed is readily provided. Managers are understanding and friendly as well. The culture at this workplace is very positive. There are career advancement opportunities, paid training, benefits, and scheduled pay raises. The job itself is fulfilling in serving your learners. Overall, a great place to work for getting into this field!

Cons

there can be difficulty in separating work and home life. Learners can be tough to work with at times.
