There are non that I can think of. However, because AZA is constantly growing you have to be okay with changes that can occur more often than other organizations. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of.

Cons

AZA United has a great culture that you automatically feel when speaking to anyone who works there. Everyone that works for AZA is friendly and loves to help in anything that you need. They stay true to their Mission and make decisions based on what fits the company and not because what is going on in the industry. They are growing which means expansion for new buildings, employees and client assistance with programs and other needs.
