Pros

Everyone is truly committed to the mission - helping kids and families! And that focus comes from the very top. Good work/life balance, good benefits, set pay increases twice a year. Great people to work with. Opening a new clinic which is exciting!

Cons

Can be stressful at times, lots of compliance hoops to jump through, a lot of change (but that seems to come from outside factors)

We're so glad that you enjoy our company culture and working at AZA! There are a lot of changes happening in our area of behavior health, and we are continually working to meet all of the compliance requirements of our client's funding sources, while staying focused on positive outcomes for our families and kiddos. Thanks for being a part of our organization and doing the challenging administration work it takes to keep services going!

Thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your role with us! We do know the driving can be intense because we currently only offer in-home services. We do hope to alleviate some of this through expansion of services into clinics (our goal of expansion), and allocating clients to our staff based on our employee's home location.
