We really appreciate your review and open feedback about both pro's and challenges you've faced as an employee at AZA. Like you we are very excited about all of the new opportunities coming with our expansion in 2019! Recent promotions of several new Supervisors will hopefully add more support and supervision. We're always looking for direct Habilitation staff - unfortunately the demand for such services is only increasing - and it's the not the right job for everyone. Our goal is to keep making AZA United the best place to grow and build a career, so we can attract more great people and retain our wonderful staff like yourself!

Thanks for your review! So glad you love working for us and really appreciate your list of positives. Yes, we are working on getting more space and are very excited about opening a new Center in 2019, which will really give our employees a lot more work space (not to mention allow us to offer our clients and families more great services!).

Pros

I fell in love with AZA's culture and passion the moment I walked in the door. That same culture and passion has continued through my tenure here at AZA without skipping a beat. It has been so exciting to see the evolution of this organization to what it is now, and what we envision it to be in the future.

Cons

The only "con" I can think of, has made vast improvements over the years - which is support for habilitators. We are making it a priority to ensure connection from supervisory staff to the habilitators working directly with the family.

Thank you for your positive feedback and continued work at AZA! We're very proud to have a culture that reflects our passion for doing the right thing for people (clients AND staff). As you mentioned we are working diligently on offering a lot more support to our Habilitation and Respite Providers...not just through training but by providing one-on-one guidance in the field, as well as more opportunity for career growth for those who want to move to other areas of the organization.
