Disclaimer : Set yourself free for the next 5 mins because this is gonna be one lengthy answer filled with true facts. 1. 80% of the positive review about arowana consulting ltd in glassdoor are false and fabricated, infact these reviews are posted by the jobless HR Dept.. 2. Salary: You never get that on time, according to policies you are supposed to receive between 01 to 07th of every month which has never happened during the timeframe I have worked there. Arowana doesn't bother abt the criticality of your situation. 3. Absolutely "ZERO" professional or moral ethics shown by Project Delivery Team/Project Managers. 4. Arrogance, unscrupulous, roguish, exploitative, cunning , unethical etc.. etc.. I can even think of 100's of such words to describe the professional behaviour shown by them(Managers and Delivery head) towards experienced candidates. 5. Relationship between managers and employees are like Head master and students and forget abt professional freedom. everything is micro managed. 6. Project lifecycle is very poorly organised and managed due to which employees are presurized unnecessarily and maid to toil hard during weekends and overtime everyday. 7. Expect "NO" perks or allowance in this company. 8. Project managers don't even perform their duly responsibilities during the project lifecycle which results in employees slogging day in and day out. 9. Administrative dept. is counter-productive and the administrative manager being dysfunctional. 10. incompetent family members being hired, preffered and promoted up the ladder. 11. Exploitation and human right violation of employees. Absolutely "NO" employee motivation. 12. Freshers are being made to sign a bond of 3 years and made to work like a slave. They are being pressurized and made to work on tasks way beyond their experience and capability without proper training,support and guidance. 13. Recruiters are liars, fool you around by giving false hopes, promising that you will fly onsite soon, you will get joining bonus, week off changes, promotional policies etc. etc. 14. Security guards are made to work 365 days 24/7 round the clock, this shows how inhumane they are. 15. Lack of infrastructure and security. 16. They are not bothered abt security of women employees who work late night.No work from home option. 17. Onsite allowances are never paid on time and you have to literally beg and only paid through installments. 18. Conditions of onsite guest house is pathetic and it lacks basic amenities like water and hygiene. 19. Once the work is done, employees are "FIRED" on the spot without any notice period/reason. they are just told to leave. hire and fire policy being followed. 20. Once you resign from the company, your work load will be increased 200% and each and every day will be hell. This is when their true colors will be seen. 21. forced to work on random technologies, irrespective of your primary skill set, again without any training and support. 22. Full and Final settlement is something which you cant even think abt in your dreams. 23. No PF and employee centric benefits. 24. Once your out of the company, the experience/relieving letter will be provided after a long delay after n number of follow ups. 25. Delivery Heads are visionless, they have no idea where the company is heading towards and they are incompetent to handle client.
