Worst Company in my 10yr career

Pros

Long but quick Interviews and induction process to pretend that company is very professional.

Cons

There are several things 1- Salary is always one month delay, so if employee leaves then company has his 1 month salary pending. 2- HR agreed to provide medical/other benefits but after hiring they didn't fulfill the commitments. 3- Management always gives false/incorrect statements and never fulfill those statement. So I started to not to believe on any things said by Arowana. 4- EoS/Last Pending salary is captured and not released after 2 years but they say we will give (nobody know when, might be after death of employee) 5- If there is option even with less package, join that but don't get trapped by this company.

I dont see any positiveness

Cons

Working with them since last 2 years, we have to beg for salary. Every month you have to find one or other ways to get salary. Join Arowana if you are willing to do social service. Fake promises, pointless reasons for delay in salary. After resignation forgot you final settlement. Its a family company, so they keep all money within family and try to hold as much as possible.

Waiting for more than 3 years for Full and Final settlement

Pros

Some onsite opportunities, but even there salary is not paid.

Cons

Hire and Fire. No work life balance. Salary is paid very very late, sometimes in the third or fourth week. Full and Final settlement never done. There is no management now, people with 6 - 7 Years of substandard experience are now the management of the company.
