Hi and thank you for your feedback. We’re so happy to hear that our WFH arrangement and great team members had a positive impact on your experience at Article. The recent changes were not easy and parted ways with some truly exceptional people. We’ve been working with our People & Culture team, as well as creating a Particle Alumni Slack community to support our impacted employees through this transition period. We want them to land somewhere really great. We’re happy too see some of our former Particles are already connected with some great opportunities, and here to support how we can. - Carlyn

Hi and thanks for your sharing your experience. The pandemic has been challenging for all. Logistically, this is something most every company feels right now, and all are trying to figure out how to navigate it. It's a moment in time, and we're proud of our Customer Care team's dedication and win together attitude to make our customers' lives remarkably better. We've taken feedback from this team and created specific action items over the last year to help ease this burden on our Customer Care team, as well as do what we can to make them happier at work. We've seen marked improvement in retention and happiness for this team, and we keep listening to feedback to see how we can be even better. -Michael, Customer Care Manager
