      Hi there, we’re glad you like our culture, coworkers and compensation. Regarding growth, everyone at Article is encouraged to create a Grow plan. This tool helps map out individual career goals and understand what competencies are required to be successful in current roles and to move into new roles. Career growth is owned by the individual, and in the past year, we’ve seen numerous promotions as well as people moving into new teams to apply their skills there. In response to Particle feedback, we have been communicating future changes to our logistics network sooner. And, over the next 12 months, we are not planning to decrease our workforce, rather we are planning to expand our logistics footprint and increase the total number of locations. -Brad Talent Acquisition, Director

      Coworkers are the best! Amazing benefits Good hours Great customers

      Horrible management (never interested in anything) Lies left and right Extreme favoritism Do as i say or have a Horrible time Dictatorship by the ne ops manager They promote based of who they like not by experience Diplomas and certificates dont mean anything at this company (can have a bachelor's degree like me and get overlooked by someone who the now new ops manager likes and comes with no experience in the feild) You had an accident sorry deal with it or they will call 30 to 1hr later Upper management and the reginal hr personal work together to see who gets a higher raise if they like you but if you go against them you get 20cents
