- There is no growth being on the IT team or bizsolutions team - No real way to level up in your career - People get promotions and move up in the org because of favorites and who they are buddy buddy with - After over 2 years working for the company no salary adjustment or project work will be given, everyone loves to throw blame on others, so they are not in the hot seat - For IT you will be faulted for everything and no one will come to defend you When I first came to Articulate I thought I had really found something special...not anymore. Leadership is incompetent and money hungry, everybody wants to hold access to something without knowing proper procedure or protocol, then random people get blamed for screw ups. - It's really a disgusting display and more layoffs and reorgs are coming, so beware.

Leadership at every level from CEO down to Engineering Managers are completely lost and some of the worst I've experienced in my career. They dont live into the Human Centered Organization values they promote. Having open conversations about where you stand and your career progression are non-existent. They will tell you one day that you're ready for a promotion and the next you are not meeting expectations but cannot tell you specifically how you aren't meeting expectations. Psychological safety is not a thing. Everything you say or post in slack will be hyper analyzed and counted against you. They will constantly be on the lookout for reasons they should get rid of you and that is reflected by the amount of top quality talent they are losing or getting rid of (some of the most talented engineers I have ever worked with were let go). If you are looking for a healthy working environment go somewhere else.
