Pros

Healthcare there is great if you need it consistently. On-site health clinic, a lot of free testing if needed.

Cons

Attendance policy was strict at best, unreasonable for a lot of situations. Pay is supposed to be "competitive", but compensation is really a joke. The company is completely focused on productivity, so you become nothing more than a number most of the time. It's impossible for ARUP to keep most entry-level positions hired - people quit faster than they can keep up with.
