Pros

I'm struggling to find some pros. I was very excited to work there at first because it felt like it was a lot of possible growth and opportunity and the potential for pay.

Cons

I am surprised at how much money and time they spend training people just to treat them like they're a dime a dozen and they could be replaced at any time. I was shocked at the particular comment to me someone who would work their entire lives and Prides themselves on the quality of work I give out regardless of the job that I'm doing. What a slap in the face to be told that if I want to be a mother then I had no business here. At a time where I had a family emergency with my ten-month-old son. I have done everything they asked me to a T. I think when you're looking at this job you should definitely let the turnover for this position speak for itself. When you're sitting in the training room and wondering why every few weeks there constantly hiring classrooms full of people. They let you believe it's cuz the company so big, but really it's because can't keep their little people
