Pros

Employees can elect to NOT to pay Social Security (6.1%). That is an automatic 6.1% raise that you can put towards your 401k or take home. Great profit sharing and pension plan All medical benefits are great and at very low cost. $160 per month for a family of 4 Campus is big and near the University of Utah. The It department is well organized and the software they are creating is top of the line

Cons

The salary is not top of the market (due to the good benefits) Very small chance of moving up.
