Pros

- Smart colleagues - Decent work-life balance overall - Strong product - Good pay and benefits

Cons

- Leadership churn breeds chaos and uncertainty - Priorities pile up without cuts, killing focus - Stock price kills motivation - West Coast-East Coast-Central Europe sync demands brutal sacrifices - odd hours leave everyone tired

Pros

Food is good but it's like 50% of what it was before People (not the managers) are still great to work with

Cons

Leadership uncertainty Stock price is insanely low and drops with every earnings call even with "good" results Benefits being cut left and right High attrition in engineering = lots of historical context being lost and projects being dropped Managers care more about their own visibility than their ICs Managers are very micromanaging. If you get even 1 hour less of work done than expected, you can expect to hear about it No headcount in US for internal mobility, hiring is very aggressive in Vancouver and Warsaw though for cost cutting. So good luck changing teams if you want to stay in NA Entire teams were laid off in the US and rehired in Warsaw and leadership bragged about this being a good decision on the same day the layoffs occurred
