Struggling to find anything positive. I guess it’s a place where likeminded folks go to work.

Cons

Nobody uses email. Everything is done in “the tool”. Take a pause for a moment to think about how much you rely upon emails. Asana has one product, there’s no market diversity. There’s an incredibly fake culture, how Asana wins these “best place to work awards” baffles me - some AI bot must be generating all the applications. Asanas will smile sweetly at your face while stabbing you in the back. It’s genuis. If you love feeling overworked, undervalued, and underpaid go here, they give it out in spades. The one and two star reviews on here are accurate. The reviews with more stars are from the folks who have drunk the koolaid or they are the ones causing the strife.

I'm a recent joiner and have been really impressed by the product itself, the product building culture, and the effort / attention spent on personal growth and impact.

Cons

It's a complex product that takes a little while to learn, and a sprawling organization that can take some time to figure out.
