      Quality employees who really care about their roles. Great benefits, and relaxed atmosphere.

      Silos are everywhere within the company. Communication across groups and within groups is lacking.

      Management is a good old boys club that does not look out for its employees. Lets upper management treat them terribly.

      PTO policy is great. Perfect for work/life balance. A chance to explore different areas of the industry.

      Cons

      Folks who have shared that this company is unstable don't understand the goal the Ascend is trying to achieve. Each company is unique, and understanding each company and the overarching goal can seem cloudy, but that doesn't mean unstable. The companies have continued to grow when others in the industry are having negative growth numbers year after year, alongside layoffs. Ascend is trying to adapt and change with the industries, which is ultimately a positive.
