      Small company; very successful in certain publishing areas

      Cons

      Growing Pains; chaotic and ever-changing middle management; high senior management is good but they need to clean house of the stagnant management

      A chance to expand experiences. Some flexibility between working remotely and being onsite. Somewhat supportive office environment. Wireless headsets.

      Cons

      Excessive hours needed to cover incidents and project work with the same resources. Lack of documentation. Inconsistent resource availability for more than one reason (budget, illness, reassignment, reassignment for product support, if applicable and more.) Senior leadership change. Inconsistent change (e.g. all PMs did not use the same application scheme for capturing, tracking and reporting) among teams to achieve goals established by [new] senior leadership.
