      Pros

      Mostly nice people to work with at ATI. The office is in a good location. Bonus was good last year, but the raises are non-existent.

      Cons

      Very small raises. Work life balance is all talk. Sales people are all stressed about trying to make their numbers. Insurance isn't all that great.

      Pros

      A good learning experience and an opportunity to build on the skills that I had. Small business units so everyone knew each other which was helpful.

      Cons

      My position was eliminated after a year because management was elusive when I was hired. I was sat by myself for the first few months with no access to coworkers. In this job market I would've taken a contract position because I would've known the job was ending in a year. I would've continued to seek a full time position instead of assuming there was job stability in the department.

      Pros

      Working at TesTeachers has been amazing! They are so family oriented and really care about their employees. The CEO is a great person who is very nice to his employees and treats them well. No other company I have worked for has been this amazing.

      Cons

      Favoritism is apparent within the company and some of upper management staff are arrogant and rude. There is tons of gossip and you can't trust anyone within the company.
