Pros

PTO policy is great, pay is very good, coworkers very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location for me. Good opportunities for promotion and career movement.

Cons

Very unstable. Major reorganization happens about every six months. Lots of unnecessary meetings. Processes are missing or not fully developed. Everyone is overloaded. Rapid employee turnover.

I love the relaxed environment and the people. Very laid back, but people are also motivated to get their work done and everyone seems to do their part. Easily one of the best places I've ever worked for!

Cons

Not sure there are really any cons. I'm very happy here.
