First off I want to start by saying that the positive reviews on here are inflated by leadership who are desperate to make the company look attractive for a potential buyout. A few reasons I wouldn't recommend working at Ascendion: - Broken Promises & Inconsistent Priorities: Management makes promises of support and career growth, but lacks follow-through. They prioritize conflicting goals without clear communication, leaving employees confused and blamed for resulting issues. - Micromanagement & Lack of Support: Constant micromanagement from both managers and leadership creates a stressful environment. Management threatens everyone with performance plans almost every week. This company is disorganized and unstable, with constant changes in direction and unclear priorities. Unfortunately, this comes with minimal actual support or guidance. - Unprofessional & Inappropriate Behavior: Perhaps the most concerning issue is the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. I personally experienced inappropriate comments from several leaders, and when reported, was simply told to ignore it. This highlights a deeper problem of a company culture that doesn't prioritize respect or employee well-being. For potential employees seeking a professional, respectful, and supportive work environment, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
