Pros
I had one of the best managers in my career until they fired him, then it went down hill drastically.
Cons
This is an Indian startup company that has no concerns for its employees or their health. Unreasonable expectations, director level and higher management had no clue of what the technical support business is about. Ascendion had incompetent interviewers for technical support positions resulting in new hires being terminated. No support from senior management, my manager was extremely frustrated with senior management because there was no support from the director level and higher. No training provided, just hit the ground running or get fired.
