PTO..Most of the employees are very nice. The company is growing and bringing on new partners .
Cons
A copy paste manual nightmare every single day? The technology cannot handle the old workload and now Vanguard is dumping small plans they make no money on to Ascensus. They should call it Senseless not Ascensus? The managers label you as one of them or not? If not.one of them.... your treated like your one of there kids..Yeah there integrating the new technology which is coming in few years? Yep? The pay is way to low for the amount of daily stress. The record keeping product is not something you want to hang your career on. Not if it's name is Ascensus!
