      Vacation. Lax environment. Plenty of free lunches.

      Cons

      Unpolished management. They care more about a client than their employees. They actually give toys such as bubbles for doing a job well done.

      My coworkers were mostly pretty awesome. It was nice to have people to talk to and hang out with everyday. They also gave a lot of pto and sometimes days were added throughout the year. Also a good place to start out esp. If you plan on staying in the industry. Also Bob G. He's great! One of the most personable president/CEOs I've encountered!

      Cons

      It's hard to have a career. Mostly it's job after job trying to find a way up the ladder. If you do well at your job they'd rather have you stay in that role and train everyone than move up. I was losing confidence in myself and feeling that I was not valued. Luckily I moved to another company in the industry that values me and challenges me most everyday and I am so thankful.
