Pros

I really enjoyed working with Ascensus. In as much as the call volumes are high -which is literally expected for every customer service company- Ascensus offers a comfortable remote working environment. The managers are always alert and ready to answer questions on teams when you need their help, the always encourage us when the call volumes are high to take it one at a time. Feels like a corporate job with nice holidays, trainings, bonuses and etc. Monday - Friday job.

Not enough employees to help out with the calls Breaks are too short Sometimes you had to figure it out on your own to resolve customers requests bc managers wouldn’t answer
