Pros

Everyday something new to learn and there are some good co-worker there and that is the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Promotion is not based on your performance but it is based on how long you been with company, No recognition to your work, you are not allowed to make suggestion and even if you do no one will listen, will find every opportunity to extract last penny out of you. Also, company policy will vary with your boss's need everyday, one day you will NOT allowed to work from home due to company policy and other day you will be asked to work from home and at that point no one will refer to company policy. In short, I WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY to work for this company!

Pros

Coworkers are nice and helpful.

Cons

The culture is toxic. The CEO rules through fear and couldn't possibly care less about the employees. Their pay is borderline exploitative and descent is punishable. I've never worked in such an unhealthy environment in my life.

Cons

Salary hikes like 1% per year and some year no hikes. And no bonuses for all employees.
