Don't Get Cancer

- compensation and benefits are competitive - get to work with leading technology and products - most employees are high quality and good to work with

Cons

After 4+ years of marketing a flagship family of products was stricken with cancer. I had 4 months of treatment/disability. Four months after returning was terminated. You make the call....or call and ask them to tell you how well they treat employees.

People who work there are amazing. The reason this company has turned around is due to the people there who give their all to their jobs.

Cons

Management could care less about you. If you are not in sales, don't ever expect to be recognized for your hard work. They treat you like you are expendable and can be easily replaced. Then when they loose someone, they are shocked they are leaving.

Run by fear Management is like 1960's mafia, they will found every last opportunity to make money by hook or by crook, no Ethics. You will always be bullied. Imagine the best employee in your team who does the work of more than two people and even that person would be threaten to get fired by manager by involving HR No appreciation, Promotion is only given after certain period of time like government job Your opinion does not matter
