Definitly NOT the right place for everyone

As with many people in the company, I was told over and over again that Aspen was not the right place for everyone. I certainly thought it would be a good fit for me, but I really should have listened. I was shocked at how distant and unapproachable upper management was and how uncooperative most departments were. Collaboration between other departments was non-existant and almost hostile at times. I came to the conclusion that my ego was not big enough to fit in at Aspen. I would recommend you look elsewhere. Aspen will most likely NOT be the right place for you.

pretty good software, excellent people. Everyone should work for Aspen at some point in their career but leave before you get too jaded.

Cons

The leadership team gives conflicting messages and objectives. They claim to value customers but really does not.
