Pros

Positive atmosphere, company emphasizes communication between all staff members. Good benefits and some flexibility with your work schedule. taking sick time or vacation time is not an issue.

Cons

Primary negative is the policy of pay raises only occur on your 3rd year, then 5th year and so on.

Pros

Great working environment to be a part of. All staff are very supportive and make it confortable for any new staff joining the program.

Cons

Caseload assignment (scheduling)is challenging due to families being inconsistent with meeting with assigned team. Schedule will be different week by week depending on required visits and families availability for the week.

COEDS is an excellent one of a kind program which brings social service team, family and education together to assist clients in successfully achieving their goals. Staff genuinely cares about clients. Collaboration , dedication, and teamwork!

Cons

Stressful, minimal support for employees in the field, unpaid leave, no option to return after seperation. No room for advancement or regular pay increases.
