Co-workers were great to work with. Good teamwork and gained valuable experience. Working with disadvantage and trouble kids and made a difference in some of their lives.

Cons

Poor benefits. Retirement is extremely poor. Management has no idea what the workers do and are not up with the times. Management does not adhere to the values of the company. Absolutely no integrity from management. Pay is terrible with increases 3,5 and 10 years increments. After 10 yrs no increase. Not family friendly place or family friendly work place.

The only pros are the staff and, direct supervisors.

Cons

Upper management is awful. Lots of micromanagement and unreasonable expectorations. You’re good at your job? Great. We will give you your coworker’s job to do too. Broken promises regarding pay increases. Zero loyalty to good employees. Low, low pay, and long hours. Redundant paperwork. Required to run your own vehicle into the ground for the agency. Employees are seen as easily replaceable. You should be replacing your upper management. I see the same complaints year after year. Clearly nothing has changed.
