Pros
AssistRx was the best job I ever had, I worked there for a little over 3 years as a developer. The culture was great, the hours were very flexible, the work was steady and sometimes very fun and rewarding. I hated that I had to leave, but I didn't enjoy my life anymore there and was offered a career advancement somewhere else. The first two years were great and I learned a lot, after that I slowly became a dinosaur.
Cons
Management very rarely acknowledged my presence or my requests to work on anything other than the team I was on. Promises were made, but never fulfilled in that regard. I don't fault them for it though because the company moved into so many directions so fast, I just wish they would have moved faster for me instead of themselves, maybe I would of still been working for them.
