Throw you into the fire and let you burn! HIGH turnover, lack of of PMO leadership for new hires. Continuous stress, anxiety and always putting out fires. Very few make it to a year with this company.

Lack of transparency and interaction with leadership. They allow you to sink or swim. Training was a complete joke and they expect you to know everything by the time they release you on the floor.

Decent pay, remote position, they train you until you feel comfortable

Cons

No sick days, one employee had to work the whole week while she was incredibly sick because they take it out of your PTO and you only get 12 days. They change the format on how to do things constantly and everyone is always lost.
