Pros

They're main product is an e-prescribing solution which makes for an interesting project to work on, however other nonsense gets in the way of it being fun and rewarding.

Cons

The pay is Highly uncompetitive. Neurotic middle management. Delusional ownership. Corporate policies that would make Office Space look like a dream job.

Pros

No matter what your background is there is always something to learn everyday at AssistRx, employees are treated as real people with lives and are very well respected, very flexibible work hours, given a personal laptop so you can complete work from home if needed. Very little micromanagement, ability to work independantly and at your own discretion with best interest in mind for the company.

Cons

salary average is low for such a high end company. Very little opportunities for advancement and moving up. Communication and process flows are definetely negatives within the company

Laid back environment, personal computer provided, travel opportunities, great employees, growing fast

Salaries below average, lack of proper training, difficulties arise between developers and other staff due to poor communication/misunderstanding
