You're allowed maybe 10 minutes of personal time daily. Unless you have medical documentation on file with HR. Only 30-minute lunches as well, for the work you have, you have to put up with it daily.
Constantly passing the buck mentality and or didn't care. No follow-up on anything from management or upper leadership. I am certain there was no drug testing completed as well. A majority of the employees who are CSR or PAS constantly smoke Marijuana at work. Or on the way to work, stinking up the entire building for the day. Lunches were stolen out of the employee community fridge.
The audacity, disrespect, and asinine blatant disregard for the dress code. Also, the lack of professionalism as well all the way around. It was a literal joke and circus of confusion, and a lack of management taking responsibility. We had a program manager who was never there. Team leads, except for one that were decent. Always being ignored or just didn't feel like doing her job.
It was the worst 10 months of my life. I am feeling free and able to do what I want. The separation from that company was a Godsend. I am not entirely sure how they function.
