Poor Leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

None that I can note.

Cons

AssistRx entered the Phoenix market without what appeared to be the necessary operational infrastructure to support a sustainable launch. Early office arrangements were temporary, and training processes did not reflect a mature or fully developed program. Product knowledge among trainers and leadership did not consistently align with the complexity of the services being delivered, which created confusion and inefficiencies at the frontline level. Leadership oversight, largely centralized out of state, has felt materially disconnected from the day to day realities of the Phoenix workforce. Employees have reported limited structured training, inconsistent performance management protocols, and minimal follow through on operational concerns. The result has been significant turnover, creating the perception of a revolving door environment rather than a stable, growth oriented organization. Prospective candidates should conduct thorough due diligence before making employment decisions. Transitioning from a secure role into an environment that is still stabilizing operationally carries inherent risk. Individuals seeking long term security, defined career pathways, and structured leadership development may wish to carefully evaluate whether those elements are demonstrably in place. The mission of helping patients access critical medications is meaningful. However, sustainable execution of that mission requires disciplined leadership, robust training, and consistent operational governance. Without those fundamentals, both employees and the consumers they serve are placed at a disadvantage.

Pros

The pay is pretty good and you can work from home

Cons

Management is ignorant and you will for sure know more about your daily job than they do. Upper management will not listen to your concerns.
