If you show that you can handle it, Astranis will give you tons of responsibility. Incredible way to level up your career.

Cons

Not really a con, but would be for some: Astranis works really hard. That's the counterpoint to giving lots of responsibility, though, so it's absolutely worth it.

Startup with a little over 100 employees. Everyone here is on a first name basis and treats each other like family/friends. Great perks internally and externally. Management really cares about their employees. Overall 5/5.
