Pros

Very high tech and interesting products.

Cons

Lots of petty gossip and favoritism by top management toward employees who hardly work. There are many good people that are not recognized for their dedicated work ethic. Raises given to a select few; others go for years without a raise - a few of the reasons for the large staff turnover.

Good product vision. Working to improve HR benefits. If the company is the right fit for you, you'll have potential to grow.

Cons

Suffer growing pains. Some of senior management are not people oriented. Lack of forward planning caused excessive "fire fighting" work/projects.
